Returning your purchase

You have the option to return your product(s) within 14 days. This period starts on the day after receipt of the products.

Important: a portion of our assortment consists of hygiene products. These will not be accepted for return after opening and/or use. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions about this. In that case, email info@jkbeautyshop.nl with the subject 'Hygiene'.

JK Beautyshop will credit all* costs incurred to deliver your order (including any shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt. This credit will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. 

If you wish to exercise your right of return, we ask you to send the item along with the original invoice to the address below. Please also send us an email informing us that you will be returning your items. The costs of return shipping are at your own expense. Other methods of return will not be processed.

Please note! If you have paid via Klarna, you only need to register the return with us and NOT with Klarna. 

*Except for an order that is not returned in its entirety.

Complaints

It is, of course, unpleasant if you have a complaint about the service you have experienced. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to inform us of your complaint. This can be done by email, regular mail, and/or telephone.
We will review the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.

Upon receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will respond to it within 7 days of receipt; should it require more time, we will inform you of this.
