The materials are joined with a 3-channel heat seal, which ensures durability, microbiological tightness, and a lint-free opening. A chemical indicator type 1 for steam sterilization (STEAM) is applied along the factory seal of the autoclave pouch, which shows the color of the indicator before and after sterilization. The seal also contains essential technical information such as lot number and production date. Each package contains 200 individual sterilization pouches.
