Which grit should you use in your treatment?

The Shape It Up Buffer Bands are available in 120, 180 and 240 grit. The 120-grit buffer band is perfect for refining or touching up applied nail product. 180 grit is the ideal grit for buffing the natural nail in preparation for applying, for example, rubber base to help it adhere better to the nail plate and prevent the nail product from lifting. This helps you achieve a long-lasting nail treatment. The 240-grit buffer band is the finest grit and is used for touching up natural nails. It is ideal for creating the perfect BIAB treatment or natural nail treatment.

What is the difference between a sanding band and a buffer band?

The difference in texture between the Shape It Up Sanding Band and the Shape It Up Buffer Band is that the buffer band has a sponge-like texture. The main difference is how it feels for the client. Thanks to its soft, spongy texture, it is more comfortable than the harder version. It also covers a larger surface area, making prep a little faster.
