All In One BIAB™ was originally developed for use in combination with DesignEX, where All In One BIAB™ serves as the connection between the natural nail plate and the DesignEX tip. Experience shows that All In One BIAB™ is also an excellent product to use on its own. This product does not cause heat spikes and contains 50% less HEMA than our Original BIAB™.
